Return Policy – NEON Mart BD
1. No Refund Policy
NeonMartBD does not offer refunds under any circumstances.
All sales are final.
2. Exchange Only During Delivery
We provide exchange only at the time of delivery.
✔ Customers must check the product while the delivery man is present.
✔ If there is any issue (wrong item, wrong size/color, or damage), the exchange must be done immediately during delivery.
❌ After the delivery man leaves:
- No exchange
- No return
- No complaints will be accepted
3. Conditions for Exchange
Exchange is allowed only when:
- The product is checked in front of the delivery man
- The product is unused and in original condition
- There is a valid issue such as:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged product delivered
- Wrong color/size/model
4. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items cannot be exchanged:
- Personal care or hygiene-related products
- Discounted or sale items
- Used or opened items
- Products without original packaging
- Complaints made after delivery completion
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:
- Inspect the product immediately during delivery
- Report any issue on the spot
- Make exchange decisions before accepting the delivery
6. Return Shipping
Since exchange is done only during delivery, no return shipping is required.
After delivery, return shipping or exchange requests will not be accepted.
