We strive for quick delivery: Inside Dhaka (1–2 business days), Outside Dhaka (2–4 business days). Express Delivery (same/next day) is available in Dhaka for eligible items. Orders are processed within 24 hours. You'll receive a tracking number after dispatch.

At this time, NeonMartBD does not offer international shipping. We currently deliver to all locations within Bangladesh through trusted local courier partners.

To change or cancel your order, contact us immediately after placing it via Facebook Inbox, WhatsApp, or Phone (if available). If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll assist with the update or cancellation. Once dispatched, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

After placing your order at NeonMartBD, you’ll receive a confirmation SMS with details. Once shipped, we’ll send a tracking ID via SMS or Facebook inbox. To track, visit the courier’s website (Pathao, Steadfast, RedX, etc.) and enter your tracking ID to check real-time delivery status anytime.
